The next Rocky Mountain Section social will be on Thursday, December 6 at 7:00 p.m. at the Canmore Legion. We will be having free pizza, followed by a very short annual general meeting and then a screening of one of Hans Gmoser's ski films. That night we will be showing "Rendezvous in the Selkirks", Hans' last (and some people suggest, best) film. Chic Scott will be on hand to introduce the show. At the time that they were produced, Hans travelled across all of North America showing his films to huge audiences, and their appeal has not diminished over the years.
